The question of busyness is up for me. I find myself feeling too busy, exploring ways to reduce that this and experience a sense of spaciousness around time. Living mindfully means that I cannot ignore the sense of tiredness, or a diminished quality of life. Noticing this supports me in exploring new ways to live and be, to seek the root of my tendency to become busy. I need time to do this, to make it a priority, and so that is what I am doing.
