Mindfulness Beyond

Their aim is to provide mindfulness-based practitioners and teachers with a variety of opportunities to deepen their practice, in supportive settings, with the guidance of experienced mindfulness retreat leaders.
New Life Foundation
New Life Foundation is a nonprofit therapeutic and mindfulness – based practice centre in northern Thailand. They offer a supportive learning space for individuals looking for help with stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, or addiction. In addition to core daily practices of mindfulness, meditation, and yoga, their program offers one-on-one counselling and group workshops based on various modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), trauma release exercises (TRE), Enneagram, mindfulness-based relapse prevention (MBRP), mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT), non-violent communication (NVC), art and dance therapy, and more. I have taught at New Life twice and highly recommend it!
Art Therapy and Mindfulness
Mindfulness and art therapy is an integrated approach which offers the combined benefits of supporting and deepening mindfulness practice, in addition to providing therapeutic support. Sessions are group or individual and are suitable for adults, including those who have experienced mental health challenges.
