This online mindfulness retreat is an invitation to make some time just for yourself, and your practice, from the comfort of your own home. Over the course of the weekend, you will be gently guided through practices that will allow you to slow down and reconnect with what matters, to be reminded of the inner sense of ease and presence that is always just a few mindful breaths away..
The retreat will consist of alternating periods of silence and practice, including mindful movement, walking meditation, sitting practice, and lying down, guided by experienced mindfulness teacher Rosalie Dores.
Through cultivating the key attitudes of mindfulness throughout, we will be reminded of how mindfulness can help us return to meet the challenges of everyday life with greater ease and awareness, and with greater connection and compassion.
The retreat is suitable for beginners and experienced meditators alike. It offers the perfect opportunity to reconnect with your practice if it has lapsed, and many find that attending retreats offers motivation to help jumpstart or support an ongoing mindfulness practice.
